窗外就是琵琶湖，視野很好。房子也大，很日式。晚餐好吃。但彥根是個小鎮，這地方不在彥根城中心，公共交通不便，當地居民可以汽車，摩託，自行車出行。遊客想打taxi 要麼電調，要麼衹能去彥根站。巴士沒看到過，酒店有shuttle bus去彥根城彥根港彥根站，但好像衹有早上。

Very good hotel. There is a pick-up and drop-off service at the station. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service at scenic spots and hotels. It is a very Japanese-style hotel. The location is also very good. I like it very much.

Lovely view of the lake from our room and while rooms were old, they were very clean. Enjoyed the meals too.

Hikone is good for a day trip from Kyoto. But if you prefer to stay for a night, then this hotel is a reasonable option. I drove. Needed GPS to help me find its location because its signboard was not that obvious. But you’ll find it, anyway. I opted the half board option: dinner was good and breakfast OK. Typical of an onsen hotel: nice hot spring and a delicious dinner. Not an upmarket choice. But decent and served its purpose. I was happy. The public bath itself was a big small. I went there in the evening and morning. I was the only person around near 7:00 am. Enjoyed both the hot spring and its quietness.
